1. Service Nature
As we provide cleaning services and not physical products, there are no product returns applicable. However, we are committed to resolving any service-related concerns fairly and professionally.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Service could not be provided due to our team’s unavailability.
- Duplicate payment made by the customer.
- Major service issue reported immediately after service completion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Customer changes mind after booking confirmation.
- Delay caused due to customer unavailability or site access issues.
- Minor cleaning variations or expectations beyond the agreed service scope.
- Permanent stains, damages, or old marks that cannot be removed through standard cleaning methods.
4. Service Revisit Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with the service quality, they must inform us within 24 hours of service completion. Our team may arrange a revisit for inspection and possible correction if required.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Customers should inform us in advance for booking cancellation or rescheduling.
- Advance payments, if any, may be adjusted for future bookings depending on the situation.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable number of working days.
